Rehearsing “Disaster” from How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying

Did I forget to mention I am working on a two week run of a musical? I am learning lots! It feels good to be playing in a small group of horns… like big band!

We are starting our second week this Thursday the 18th of March. Performances will last until the following Sunday the 22nd.

The actors/students are very excited and express gratitude to us musicians all the time. They are a polite and well behaved group of students focused on doing their part well. We are all grateful for that.

This is the song titled “Disaster” from the musical “How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying”.

Here we are at the rehearsal run through, the night before opening night.

I’m performing bass with a bunch of cool cats like:

Martin Lang is the Director

Phil Carillo Music Director, and playing drum set as well.

Anthony Crespo on piano

Alex Sadnik on reeds

Paul Curtis on reeds

Mark Bush on trumpet

Adam Gerling on trumpet

Taylor Covey on trombone
